Connection, noun– a relationship in which a person or thing is linked or associated with something else.
At the very core of Wyoming 211’s framework, is connection. When our Wyoming neighbors call in need of help and a listening ear, we take the time to provide them with the connections they are seeking. We would not be able to give this attentive care to our clients without the extensive variety of faith-based, nonprofit and government services in our database.
Providing a location for a food bank only 2 miles from a single mother of four is a connection that can end hunger. Helping a senior citizen with a referral for free eye glasses is a connection they didn’t even know was available to them. Giving information about rental assistance can help a veteran have hope for many more days to come.
Connection is who we are. Connection is what keeps us going. And, these connections would not be possible without the wonderful services and providers we have the honor of making referrals to every day.
