In a panic, Stephanie called Wyoming 211 in need of shelter, food and a job. She was connected to one of our Community Resource Specialist, Josie. Through Josie’s friendly and soothing voice, she was able to calm Stephanie down. Josie provided Stephanie with resource referrals for shelter, transportation and job training.

By calling Wyoming 211, Stephanie had the support and compassion from our staff that she needed to take the next step and get her back on her feet. Stephanie now has a great job, moved into her own place with her son and is saving for a car. Stephanie’s story is just one of thousands of stories of individuals and families impacted by the support of Wyoming 211.
