It truly is a number people can call when they can't find any other help

Received call from a woman that was recently released from the Wyoming Women’s Correctional facility. She had attended the resource fair that was held there on 4/24/19. She had been released on May 8th and called Wyoming 2-1-1 to ask about getting health insurance for herself. Since her release she has gotten a job and needs health insurance. I was able to give her information about what she could qualify for with the marketplace and gave her the number to call the marketplace call center to get enrolled. She stated that she was so glad to have met me at the resource fair and was making sure that we were the first place that she called once she was out.
