We proudly announce the official launch of the pilot program for “CommuniCare,” the new statewide Community Information Exchange (CIE).

The CommuniCare Pilot, which started on March 18th, brings together a diverse coalition of leading organizations across Laramie County. Participating service providers include Community Action of Laramie County, Recover Wyoming, Healthworks, Cheyenne Regional Medical Center, Enroll Wyoming, Meals on Wheels of Cheyenne, UW Family Medicine, and United Way of Laramie County.

The innovative CommuniCare platform is designed to streamline information sharing and care-coordination among vital community services. By leveraging cutting-edge technology and fostering partnerships among key stakeholders, CommuniCare seeks to enhance access to critical resources for individuals and families across Wyoming.

“We are thrilled to launch the CommuniCare pilot program in collaboration with our esteemed partners,” said Casey Quinn, Community Engagement Manager, CIE at Wyoming 211. “This initiative represents a significant step forward in our collective efforts to build a more connected and responsive support network for our communities.”

Through CommuniCare, participants can expect improved coordination of services, increased efficiency in resource allocation, and ultimately, better outcomes for those in need. The pilot program will undergo rigorous evaluation and refinement to ensure its scalability and impact statewide.

We encourage those interested to follow the progress of the CommuniCare program and look forward to expanding its reach to benefit communities across the state.
